Gather Ingredients from the list below
1/2 lb. Thick Cut Bacon
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then line a baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly grease the foil.
2.
Place the brie on the prepared tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the top is soft to the touch.
3.
Remove the brie from the oven and let it set for about 10 minutes.
4.
While the brie is baking, cut the bacon into ¼-inch wide strips and cook in a large sauté pan over medium heat for 8–12 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
5.
Remove the bacon from the pan, pat off the grease with paper towels, and pour out the remaining grease from the pan.
6.
Once the brie has set, mix the brown sugar, syrup, and vinegar in the same sauté pan, then add the bacon and stir well for two minutes.
7.
Transfer the brie to a serving tray, top with the bacon mixture, and serve warm.
