Grilled Boneless Ham Steak with Shaved Asparagus and Buttermilk Dressing
Buttermilk Dressing: Place all ingredients in a Mason jar with a lid and shake well to combine. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Asparagus Salad: Toss all ingredients except Parmesan together with enough of the buttermilk dressing to just coat. Season to taste and top with shaved Parmesan.
Ham Steak: Prepare charcoal or gas grill over high heat. Grill ham steak until charred and warmed through. Remove to plate and top with asparagus salad.
