In a medium saucepan, combine the peach preserves, honey, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the sauce simmers, lightly grease a grill pan and place it over medium heat.

Once the sauce is ready, spread one-fourth of the peach mixture on each side of the ham steaks, using all of the sauce.

Place the ham steaks in the grill pan and arrange the peach slices around them for added flavor.

Cook the ham steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and heated through.

Remove the pan from the heat and serve the ham steaks hot.
