Hardwood Smoked Bone-In Portion Ham

Instructions

Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with aluminum foil. Heat approximately 15-20 minutes per pound until heated through. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before selling.

Smithfield Hams are fully cooked and may be served cold or heated as directed above. If frozen, thaw ham in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days before heating.
